yes that bit tricky in old version file should be in the software installed location but in new version that path has been change to c:\user\(username)\flashtool. Watch in video at time 01:30 you will find out the firmware path. If you put your file in that path tool will automatically pick up the firmware as shown below. This is auth file I dont think so you need this file now if you have cm2mt2 with SLA tick you can do what ever you want to do

it will not work on 8.0 you need professional box / dongle for unlocking.

I am doing this with Professional tool (UMT) Dongle.. The process which i show you done by that tool. You can use free tool as well but for that you must have the basic knowledge of deadling with QCN and EFS ... that might be risky but with professional tool you can do it easily.. So i suggest you to have that tool in your posession. It is offcourse a paid tool. I hope you got it..

@@VisionTechz the firmware in the link is for sd cart upgrade ,when I unzip it and open the scatter file with spflashtool it give me error ,And can you put the link to program you utilized to install apk

@@alfriivqizkaj5536 Bro use the same tool which is provided in the same upgrade folder and upgrade tool and use da which is also inlude in the folder then you will be able to flash. i think you are using latest sp flash tool that will not work because this is old chipset I hope you will get through now

Sorry brother this method has been closed by Huawei. Now you can use other option with any professional Tool. But it is bit risky, Only do it if you are fully professional and know what are you going to do with your phone. Many professional tool like sigma, chimera, hcu, eft allow user to downgrade their firmware. So you can search on gsmforum for method. Thanks for understanding. I cant upload any video because every step have some serious steps to do if any things goes wrong, your phone can be soft brick.

@@VisionTechz my p20lite running slow and many restart again and again ramdomly, battry is also good. With 4gb of ram it runs slow and hanging

@@abbaskhan-rq8rl hanging and slow running is some time happen because of virus and spyware.. I will suggest you to reflash / reinstall your mobile software it will be fine for you, if it will not solve your problem downgrade will not help you too because it could be hardware issue..
